Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure our products meet your expectations for quality and comfort.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bath Accessories that have been opened or used
  • Liners and Parts for hygiene reasons
  • Any items that show signs of use or wear
  • Products without original packaging or tags

Important: Please ensure items meet our return conditions before initiating a return. We cannot accept returns that don’t meet these criteria.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business hours during normal operating hours, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the items in their original packaging, include all tags and documentation, and ship to our address:

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive email notification once your return is processed.

Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return

Price Differences: If the exchange item costs more than the returned item, you’ll be charged the difference. If it costs less, you’ll receive a refund for the difference.
